Though conservatory makeovers generally will have no requirement for planning permission within their specific scope of works, planning permission may be ‘par for the course’ in certain instances of large projects or specialist projects. Average conservatories are more likely not to be requiring Planning permission if kept inside the parameters to local council guidance and built as a non-permanent structure.
